At the end of August 2022, the SIVSEN team got together in the heart of Transylvania, in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. The team members planned the last steps of the project, and enjoyed a learning moment together.
With the SIVSEN comparative study and the SIVSEN framework ready, the partners worked on the first conclusions of the work done for the Return on Investment Guide for Internationalising a Sustainable Programme for social enterprise work placements for learners. The guide aims to support social enterprises to reap the benefits of providing work placements to young people, including in an international context and collaboratively working with the VET and higher education organizations. The partners established the next steps to be taken to finish the work on the guide and share it with relevant stakeholders before the end of the project.
Finally, the partners also discussed updates and progress regarding the dissemination events from Sweden, and Italy, the development of the webpage, and the external evaluation of the project.
The last part of the meeting was dedicated to learning together. The host organisation, Fundatia Danis, provided the partners with a couple of workshop sessions on design thinking and storytelling, mindsets and tools that can be incorporated into future projects related to the social entrepreneurship and VET sectors.
Finally, the details of the next project meeting were discussed, as this will be the last meeting before the end of the project and it will take place in Plymouth, the UK.
